Microimage celebrates decade of innovation

Microimage, the award winning Software Company, celebrates 10 years of human resource technology innovations in 2011.

The company embarked on HRIS software back in 2001 by introducing the 1st ever 100% web based product to the Sri Lankan market and has now evolved into one of the leading HCM technology providers in the region with a large established multi sector client base.

In recognition of this feat, Microimage will host its customers, partners and industry invitees to a special event in January 2011

Microimage HCM, which is the pioneering web based human capital management suite in Sri Lanka, has done four product version releases to date. The latest version, HCM 8 is considered one of the best HR suites in terms of best HR practices and innovative technology in the regional markets today.

This version is the most advanced HR suite ever to be released to date in Sri Lanka and consists of best HR practices, robust scalable architecture, innovative technology and best in user experience.

Suren Rupasinghe, Head of Business Development, Microimage said, “We pioneered the best configurable Time Management software back in 1998 with integrated Payroll. However, moving to HR Solutions back in 2001 transformed the company to service large enterprise customers servicing a small, medium to large established client base across multiple industries in the region.”

Currently, HCM8 is deployed in seven markets: Sri Lanka, Maldives, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei and Saudi Arabia.
