Mobitel mCash partners with Abans

National mobile service provider Mobitel has partnered with Abans Plc to provide customers with an all-new opportunity to deposit money, pay utility bills, insurance premiums and leasing payments through mCash, at all Abans showrooms countrywide.

mCash will be available at Abans showrooms for both Mobitel and non-Mobitel customers to provide everyone with the opportunity to experience the best benefits offered through mCash. mCash is an all-in-one effective service that delivers convenience when settling utility bills, insurance premiums and leasing payments of multiple partnering companies through a mobile phone.

The service also offers the superior mCash Cash-In service, through which customers can register for mCash and deposit money into their mCash account in a hassle-free manner.

The expansion of the mCash retailer network, along with the newly-launched mCash services at Abans showrooms countrywide, is expected to further expand Mobitel’s reach and enhance the convenience it extends to its customer base throughout Sri Lanka.

Mobitel has experienced rapid growth in customer numbers and established a strong presence in Sri Lanka. mCash, which was launched in November 2013 and is licensed under the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, allows Mobitel customers to maintain a mobile money account and experience a whole new convenient method of carrying out financial transactions through its suit of innovative services.
