TELECOM Fiji Limited last week announced that Sri Lankan national Mothilal De Silva has been appointed to the position CEO of the company.
De Silva takes over the position from Acting CEO and ATH general manager Ivan Fong.
While making the announcement, TFL chairperson Tom Ricketts said the TFL board followed a comprehensive recruiting process before making the appointment adding that De Silva’s expertise would enhance TF’Ls strategic positioning in the market.
De Silva has 14 years of experience within the telecommunications and technologies industries and was formerly the group strategy officer and group chief corporate officer of Dialog Axiata PLC, Sri Lanka, a quadruple play telecommunications company.
