Accelerating its capability to connect the next billion people to the internet, Nokia launched one more Asha feature phone model in Sri Lanka – the Nokia Asha 202.
The Nokia Asha 202 will deliver a variety of exciting mobile experiences that will enable the user to explore the world of the internet. The preloaded Nokia Social application, a key feature of the 202, provides a single sign in to multiple communities.
The device also features a fast, cloud-based browser that reduces internet access costs with its localised and personalised home page design and portal to thousands of web apps. Nokia Asha 202 will be available in the Sri Lankan market for Rs. 12,710.
The Nokia Asha 202 will be the first Series 40 device to offer EA games to the consumer. As a 60-day promotion at Nokia store, the EUR 75 separate cost of an EA 40-game pack – including popular titles such as Tetris, Need for Speed, The Run and Bejeweled – will be automatically waived for buyers of the new Nokia Asha 202
Nokia’s Asha 202 stands out with the combination of a traditional keypad with a 2.4- inch touch screen, ideal for browsing, scrolling and opening applications. While the device comes in four exciting colours including black and bold to dark red, the Nokia Asha 202 is an empowering device at an affordable price.
The Asha 202 features Dual SIM Easy Swap technology with a dedicated SIM manager to personalise the phone and save up to five SIM cards with unique information. The device comes with a two megapixel camera, music player, FM radio, Nokia Browser and Bluetooth connectivity and can handle memory cards up to 32GB.
