“How could ONVI Debug Solutions develop and deliver standards in the short timeframes needed by customers?” asked the CEO of Onvi Debug Abbas Kamrudeen.
This was the objective that drove Onvi Debug, a subsidiary of the Debug Group of Companies, to obtain ISO 9001 2008 certification from the International Standard Organization with ISO 9001 2008 Quality Management System certification from local awarding body SGS Lanka Pvt. Limited, a Swiss-based Certification Agency.
In terms of need, customers need to have easier access to information, workflow integration, flexibility and mobility. Furthermore, in an evolving IT world, new trends have appeared such as tablets, social media, mobile and cloud computing.
Considering this fact, Onvi Debug felt that certification of ISO would contribute tremendously to meet customers’ growing needs. Also taking in to consideration that sustainability has come a long way in a short time, driven in particular by fast changing consumer sentiments and policies in the business world “business + sustainability” is no longer a matter of “if ” but “how” and Onvi Debug knew standards made sense in business.
Onvi Debug believes that this thinking will reflect in the processes adopted ensuring maximum benefit to its clientele and also in return to Onvi Debug.
The management of Onvi Debug felt the recognition of ISO 9001 2008 was a great achievement for the company. Above all else, Onvi Debug will continually improve its customer driven approach by team effort, monitoring service standards, liaise with principles and customers efficiently and effectively whilst maintaining and going beyond the expectations of this internationally-renowned standards.
