Pyxel achieves ISO 9001:2008 certification for stringent quality management process

The benchmark internet business solutions provider in Sri Lanka announced that it has received the International Organization for Standardization ISO 9001:2008 certification for its quality management system.

ISO 9001:2008 is recognized worldwide as the standard that defines quality. ISO 9001:2008 specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization    needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and    aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system. It is externally assessed on an ongoing basis to ensure these business practices are maintained. Thereby Pyxle’s achievement of the certification will further ensure the ability to ensure customer satisfaction, reducing the operating costs as well as an aspect to add value to business, and procurement standards.
