Singer launches ‘All in One’ PC

Singer Sri Lanka on Friday announced the launch of the company’s All-In-One (AIO) range of computers, which coincides with the company’s 160 Year anniversary celebrations.

The launch also represents Singer’s efforts at strengthening their reputation for introducing the latest technology and bringing trusted excellence into the homes and offices of Sri Lankan customers.

The AIO computers are available in two models, SIN-AH6I and SIN-A525. Both models incorporate the industry-leading adoption of LED panel integration of the display unit with the main body of the PC — helping ensure clutter-less desks, as well as a unique power saving technology that consumes approximately 60% less power than conventional monitors. With the combination of these two factors, in particular, Singer’s AIO computer marks itself out as the ideal choice for Sri Lankan consumers and business alike.

Speaking at the launch, Singer Marketing Director Nasser Majeed said, “The All-In-One computers are a truly ‘green’ PC. It represents the coming together of solutions to two issues that are of concern to every business: cutting power consumption costs and making optimum use of available space. AIO PCs can also be a centrepiece for an expanded home computing experience, delivering the performance and versatility of a desktop in a stylish designs.

The two models which are launched contain a whole’ of features and benefits that allow ease of access and use to the PC users.

The 18.5” LED monitor makes the AIO series a huge draw to enjoy information and entertainment such as You Tube, gaming and movies.

The SIN-AH61 Model, which will retail for Rs. 69,999/-, will be powered by an Intel i3 2100 Dual Core (3.16 6Hz) processor. The model will be available with 2GB RAM (upgradable to 8GB), a 500 GB hard disk, a DVD Rewriter, a built-in 1.3 mega pixel webcam. USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports, 4-in-1 card reader and HDMI interface. This model also supports Wi-Fi (802.11 n).

The SIN-D525 which will retail for Rs. 49,999, will run on an Intel Atom D525 (1.8 GHz) processor. Available with 168 RAM can be upgraded to 4GB, this model also comes with 320 GB hard disk, a DVD Reader, a built-in 1.3 mega pixel webcam, USB 2.0 port 4-in-1 card reader and supports Wi-Fl (802.11 b/g/n).
