SLIIT wins accolades at ‘e-Swabhimani 2010’

SLIIT was awarded two Certificates of Appreciation for two of its projects under ‘e-inclusion’ (CSR Project of SLIIT) and ‘Enterprise and Livelihood’ (Student Project ‘Cyber Mate’) categories at the ‘e-Swabhimani Awards 2010’ held recently at the Cinnamon Grand Hotel, Colombo, organised by ICTA Sri Lanka.

A company which is incubating from the SLIIT Concept Nursery, Cheerurteam.com Pvt. Ltd. also managed to bag the award for ‘Best e-Content Application’ under the ‘e-News’ category at the e-Swabhimani awards 2010. SLIIT ConceptNursery assist and promote IT enterprises, innovators and IT start-up companies by providing access to business and technical expertise, financial resources, international industry contacts, communication facilities, training in IT, business advice and business plan development and marketing.
