Pizza Hut unveiled two new telephone numbers recently, enabling customers to reach them over SLT and Dialog lines. With the aid of DMS Electronics’ (DMSE) customised call centre solution, the revamped Pizza Hut call centre has been adapted to serve a growing customer network which allows for faster and better customer service.
The new call centre involves many new features including working across multiple telephone operators with ease, connecting calls efficiently based on the call centre staff’s availability, retrieving important customer data when transferring the call to a sales member, etc.
“Our customer base is constantly growing and with many strong Telco’s in the country, we needed a platform that was flexible and worked across these different service providers, improved productivity and was reliable,” said Duminda Kulathilake, Director – IT of Gamma Pizzakraft Lanka Ltd., the sole local franchisee for Pizza Hut.
“While the first phase of this project has just been implemented, we are looking at adding some great innovations in the next few months that will definitely set a new industry standard.”
Pizza Hut has one of the busiest call centres in the country, making this upgrade an essentiality for upholding the franchise’s dedication towards customer service.
“DMSE offers a range of Unified Communications and Contact Centre solutions,” stated Chandana Weerasinghe, General Manager – Division 02 at DMSE. “We can tailor these solutions depending on the customer’s needs and budgets. We have provided Pizza Hut with a cost effective Call Centre solution that provides them with the platform to make that call to Pizza Hut, the start of a rewarding customer experience.”
As a company with over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, DMSE’s Call Centre Solutions portfolio includes leading telecom operators as well as the Providence BPO Company. The company’s Enterprise Solutions Unit offers numerous cost-effective and cutting edge technologies with open standards to ensure that their customers’ diverse and changing business needs are met.
Pizza Hut’s new call centre will have 60 channels for their customers (double their previous number of lines). The company currently has 27 branches located across Colombo and the Suburbs, as well as Kandy, Galle and Negombo.
