Telecom Fiji selects Agilis for telecom revenue assurance audit, gap analysis analytics

Telecom Fiji Ltd. has carried out an end to end Services engagement with Agilis International Inc. of a Revenue Assurance Audit, Gap Analysis and Proof of Concept completely conducted a comprehensive data analysis of all the Network Elements of TFL. With this Telecom Fiji has joined a global family of telecommunications service providers using advanced ‘gap analysis’ analytics to eliminate revenue losses in the future. The Revenue Analytics System from Agilis International Inc. provides continuous monitoring of network events and delivers true real-time revenue protection. The system is designed to proactively detect not only revenue losses, but also to assist the telecom finance and revenue assurance team with their investigations and diagnosis of revenue affecting issues, and the recovery of these revenues. Agilis International Inc Vice President Asia Pac and Country Manager for Sri Lanka Shah Navaz – stated that this contract and engagement with Telecom Fiji gave a great penetration to the Asian Pacific Region and provided a detailed Analytics Report of the Revenue Leakages identified at each control point of TFL.
