UK SEO agency dotSearch to expand BPO base to Sri Lanka

In a move to maximise on Sri Lanka’s talent pool potential, dotSearch, a UK-based SEO agency (part of dotDigitalGroup PLC), is planning to move its BPO sourcing operations to a base in Sri Lanka.

Operations are scheduled to commence here in September and October 2011 and according to dotSearch Director of Operations Sarah Butterworth, Sri Lanka is a very attractive base for sourcing BPO operations.

Butterworth noted that the move to Sri Lanka is part of the company’s natural expansion process. With regard to proposed revenue targets from the expansion, Butterworth stated: “We hope to double business and generate annual revenue of GBP 1 million within 15-18 months of our operations in Sri Lanka.”
