V S Group launches Altria Consulting, aims to enter IT services market

VS Group launched Altria Consulting, an IT services company providing specialised services in the domains of big data, analytics, and ERP services. 

The Altria Consulting office located at Havelock Road, Colombo 5 was declared open by VS Group Chairman Prabodha Sumanasekara and VSIS MD Priyanga Gunasekera on 5 January. 

The Altria team includes a number of experienced professionals who have extensive experience in multiple domains including telecommunication, fashion and lifestyle, manufacturing, banking and finance, retail and healthcare. With the motto ‘Striving for Excellence,’ Altria Consulting will focus on providing quality technology services in the domains of ERP and business intelligence. 

Altria Consulting will primarily focus on big data technologies such as data warehouse implementation, predictive analytics and data visualisation.
