Virtusa wins ‘Export of Business and Professional Service’ sector award at NCE 2012

Virtusa Corporation, a global IT services company that offers a broad range of information technology services, including IT consulting, technology implementation and application outsourcing, won gold in the ‘Export of Business and Professional Services’ sector, under the category ‘extra-large’ at the recently concluded 20th Annual National Chamber of Exporters Awards.



This was the first time that the NCE Export Award included a separate category for the BPO sector, recognising that the IT/BPO industry is amongst the top five export revenue earners of Sri Lanka. Virtusa received the award for their tremendous commitment in constantly bringing in valuable foreign revenue into the country for the past three years.
