Waquis opens BPO office in Sri Lanka

Waquis, a US-based company with a global workforce for US-based clients, recently opened its new office in Sri Lanka. The unit handles Rs. 8 billion worth of business with a staff of 80, according to Waquis Lanka Managing Director Mahinda Athulathmudali. It has offices in Hood River, Oregon and Los Angeles, California and fulfilment centres in Bangalore and Colombo.

It provides outsources services on indexing, quality control, email marketing, categorisation, loan processing, data entry, auditing, compliance, etc. The Sri Lanka office is set up at 46/A S.D.S. Jayasinghe Mawatha, Kohuwala, Kalubowila.
