CEO Suren Pinto of WaveNET, one of the leading telecommunications value added services (VAS) platforms specialist in the region, has been invited to speak at the prestigious CommunicAsia conference to be held in Singapore between 19 and 22 June.
The topic of Pinto’s presentation ‘Evolving and extending telecommunications services to the cloud’ will focus on the rapid rise of cloud services and the opportunities it presents for evolving and enhancing telecommunications services. Some areas he will be touching on will include how telecom operators can best migrate their core services into the cloud, and what opportunities exist for strengthening subscriber bonds and maintaining customer loyalty. In addition to speaking at the conference, Pinto has also been invited to participate in one of the key panel discussions at the conference, entitled ‘Mobile Cloud Computing in Asia: The Next Five Years’. Some of the other panellists include CA Technologies VP, Cloud, Virtualisation and Service Automation Anna Gong and AARNet Pty Ltd. Applications and Services Director James Sankar.
