Cookery demo with English High Tea at the Galadari today

With afternoon high tea commencing in grand scale at the Galadari, the hotel adds variety to its impressive tea buffet with a live cookery demonstration by Chef Lloyd Opatha, the well-known Consultant Chef at Galadari Hotel.

The cookery demo will take place on 27 July from 3:30 p.m. onwards, in which the experts will divulge the secrets of delectable crab burgers to entice your senses.

Find out the ‘tricks of the trade’ as Chef Lloyd and Chef Santh reveal the secret ingredients to great tasting burgers, stuffed with luscious crab meat to emphasise texture and true crab flavour. Delight in mini crab burgers at the tea buffet, as you discover the technique of formulating a perfect crab cakes, grilled to perfection bringing out its true essence.
