The Bayleaf restaurant serving authentic Italian cuisine offers special highlights on Italian cuisine each month. The April monthly promotion offers the flavours of Tuscany.
The Tuscan region is every traveller’s dream with its beautiful landscapes and rolling hills covered with bright sunflower fields, olive groves and grapevines. The essence of traditional Tuscan food is its simplicity and the unique ways in which it’s made. Garden fresh salads, seafood, roast meats and of course, the native Tuscan olive oils and wines appear prominently on Tuscan dining tables.
The Bayleaf offers fettuccine con funghi alla toscana – homemade fresh pasta with fresh mushroom, spinach, bacon and fresh tomato, tagliatelle alla melanzane - homemade fresh pasta tossed with tomato, fresh mozzarella and basil, sogliola con gamberetti - pan fried sole fish, stuffed with prawns and bell peppers, wrapped with eggplant served with light tomato sauce and pesto and arrosto di maiale alle erbe - marinated pork loin with herbs and bread crumbed, topped with tomato and mozzarella.
The regular menu features an Italian dessert selection with the traditional favorites such as cassata, tiramisu and zabaglione among the choice of 14 desserts available. There is selection of fine wines and liquor also to pair with your dish.
