‘Splendours of the Sea’, Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo’s gastronomic tribute to seafood takes place for the first time this year on 17 February. Fresh seafood will be presented to guests at the Terrace overlooking the waters of the Beira Lake and the hotel’s infinity pool. Diners are invited to participate in the preparation of their meal by hand picking their seafood from a display on ice. They may then select a preparation method for each with the assistance of the hotel chefs. The fresh seafood is accompanied by an extensive international dinner buffet consisting of salads, pastas, rice and lasagna, along with a variety of vegetable and meat dishes. Cinnamon Lakeside diners always look forward to dessert and this day is no exception with a fabulous spread of desserts to end the night with.
