Why restore built-in-facilities for garbage?

There are a lot of issues the flat-dwellers are facing – females in particular – some carrying their babies and as well as the garbage coming down the steps several floors to dispose of the garbage, especially when the males have gone to office. They do this sometimes leaving the small children alone in their homes (after locking their house). At times, office workers neatly dressed, ready to go to office are compelled to this job.

Some are senior citizens (I mean the elderly people), who have to do these chores with much difficulty. The worst scenario is when the garbage truck has left by the time you come to the road. Overall, there is a lot of stress and tension till they get rid of the garbage by waiting impatiently for the vehicle and neglecting other important and urgent household chores. A few even don›t take their bath (as it will take some time and may in the meantime miss the garbage truck) but give preference to the garbage – as they want to get rid of malodor emanating from it and at the same time keep the rodents, insects, etc. at bay!

Hope the authorities responsible will do the needful.
