The world’s largest life insurer, AIA, has launched the Little Changes Challenge (LCC) in Sri Lanka, as part of its efforts to help people live healthier, longer, better lives. LCC is a new digital challenge across the region – designed to inspire small frequent changes towards healthy habits. It is a fun and easy way to start healthy habits that will make positive changes to your lifestyle and help you take that much needed first step in the right direction.
Be it spending an extra hour with family, making ‘me-time’ or going to bed an hour earlier, you can pick the ‘Little Challenge’ that works for you and AIA will help you along the way. With two dedicated chatbots to help you, you can track your progress and share with family and friends to make positive little changes every week.
AIA Chief Executive Officer Nikhil Advani stated, “In 2018 we made a promise to help our customers and communities to live healthier, longer, better lives. Since we launched our new brand promise, we have been taking action to create a movement – encouraging thousands more people to embrace positive changes to their lifestyle and celebrate holistic wellness.”
He added, “LCC is an online platform, open to all, that encourages users to make small changes to their lifestyle over a series of weeks, offering them exclusive tips and tools along the way.”
AIA’s team are carrying out outdoor activations around the country, to take this message out to the public with engaging events which let you check your Body Mass Index and body fat composition, make your own healthy juice by riding the ‘bike and blend’ juicester and many more fitness challenges with exciting rewards.
LCC is a first of its kind for AIA and for the industry and AIA looks forward to helping more Sri Lankans embark on a healthy lifestyle. It’s a simple and interactive website that anyone can access. You can sign up for LCC on https://littlechanges.aia.com/lk or visit AIA Sri Lanka’s Facebook page.
