Cyril Rodrigo’s Green Cabin at 7 Vishaka Road, Colombo 4 has launched a unique ‘Sunday Endless Brunch’ which has become very popular among diners.
Hosted every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with two seating times from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m., it offers an endless fusion Sri Lankan brunch which consists of beverage: Seasonal fruit juice/smoothie/fresh fruit/or king coconut, single origin tea iced coffee or coffee; hopper benedict with spinach or bacon; hoppers, string hopper pilau, pol roti, roast paan, savory pittu, stuffed godamba roti; selection of curries: black pork curry, mustard pork, jaggery beef curry, chicken red curry, Jaffna style cuttlefish curry, tomato garlic curry, polos curry and accompanied by seeni sambol and kiri hodhi and katta sambol. Sweets include curd and treacle, pineapple upside down and fruit salad with ice cream. Price: Rs. 3,225 Nett.
For the entertainment of diners there is live music by talented/popular young artists.

Last week, the restaurant had a special Mother’s day Endless Brunch. The restaurant was fully booked for Mother’s Day with children treating their mothers at the restaurant. Live music was performed by Silk DUO with both classical and modern hits. Apart from delicious food and beverages, celebrations included a competition to select mothers replicating restaurant’s flower shaped crispy hoppers with prizes handed out along with a sweet surprise for mothers when they walked in.

Cyril Rodrigo’s Green Cabin restaurant serves customers for both dine-in and takeaway, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., 365 days of the year from their branch at 7, Visaka Road, Bambalapitiya, Colombo 4.
The restaurant includes an air-conditioned private dining room which accommodates up to 12 pax. Outdoor seating is also available and customers have the option of reserving the entire venue, which can host around 50-60 guests for a private event. Guests are also welcome to BYOB at the restaurant.
