Ceylon Ocean Seafood to deliver fresh catch door to door

Ceylon Ocean Seafood Ltd. has begun operations to deliver a wide range of fresh catch door to door in selected areas for online orders made.

A spokesman for Ceylon Ocean Seafood said its team would strive to deliver fresh and hygienic seafood ranging from a variety of fish such as thalapath (sailfish), thora (Spanish mackerel), and kelawalla (tuna) to ocean or lagoon crab, prawn and cuttlefish, etc. for customers in Colombo and suburbs.

“We will ensure to maintain and practice quality control and deliver with best price available to all our customers. Available seafood varieties and prices will be updated daily with special combo and flash deals in intervals,” the spokesman added.

The company’s distribution network will cover Colombo 1-8 including Dehiwala, Mount Lavinia, Nugegoda, Kotte and Boralesgamuwa. On-time deliveries will be coordinated to ensure each order at the expected times. Customers can either pay via the payment gateway or on delivery with cash or credit card.

“With the current situation on social distancing and safety regulations, we found that people have become accustomed to ordering online for all their weekly provisions. Ceylon Ocean Seafood will make it an experience and a time-saving exercise for customers. Our team will work around the clock to meet our customer’s demands with the best prices in the market,” the spokesman for Ceylon Ocean Seafood said.
