Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo introduces “Pan Asian Night in the Dining Room”

Asian cuisine is a tremendous pillar of culinary evolution, with strict foundations in traditional recipes that remain untouched alongside a vast array of esoteric and modern interpretations. Across its regional expanse, unique ingredients and cooking methods govern the landscape, most of them well known and beloved- and some still a mystery to us all. 

Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo’s The Dining Room is expanding its favoured intercontinental buffet offerings to introduce Pan Asian Night, a tribute to Asia’s everlasting impact in the history of the culinary world. From the colourful flavour profiles of far eastern recipes to the luxurious comfort of South Asian cooking, and beyond, this themed dining experience reaches across the catalogue of Asian alimentary favourites to offer a curation of regional delicacies. 

The evenings will feature fresh sushi, dim sum, satays, curries, and staples from the continent. Each dish is a testament to time-honoured tradition and modern flair.
