Dreamron unveils its Vision 2020 to build beauty

Dreamron has held its Annual sales conference this year in a novel way where it launched its three-year strategic plan Vision 2020 which is based on a Connect2Win platform. Dreamron has set its target very high to become the most upcoming brand in Asia.

Dreamron holds its dealer convention every year to recognise its valued dealers and this year it has communicated this Vision 2020 well among its dealers to achieve their targets putting emphasis on consolidating all resources and energies for the betterment of the future growth of the company, talents and talent management, best use of assets and resources, correct strategic and tactical competencies for continuous growth, higher revenues through commercialisation, use of modern technology at highest  level and the launch of the new website 

Dreamron held this convention for two days at the Mas Athena facility at Thulhiriya where the sales convention was followed by a gala dinner with entertainment for the staff, visitors and well-wishers. Parallel to this it also organised a leadership training program coupled with an outbound training for its executives and a sales training session for its front end sales staff to achieve the Vision 2020 program Connect2Win. 

As the strength of a tree is its roots, an organisation’s success depends on its leadership with a clear vision. This visionary leadership is given to Dreamron Group by its Founder Chairman Dr. Priyanka Perera and Directress Nisha Perera. 

The event was a glamorous and full of energy thanks to the commitment of the Dreamron staff on the guidance of Group CEO Chanaka Kappetiwalana.

The dance items and the fashion show by the students of the Dreamron College for Art & Beauty was entertaining and the gig by Beat Drummers attracted the audience. 

361 Degrees conducted the outbound Training program in line with the new theme of Connect2Win, to lead to role clarity, end-to-end mindset and preparing for every possibility. The two-day event was well organised with the participation of Dreamron Chairman Dr. Perera, Directress Nisha Perera, Group CEO Kappetiwalana, Finance Director Senerath Devendra and the officers and the staff of their marketing teams and the staff attached to Dreamron affiliated institutions, which made the whole event a great success.
