Excel Restaurants takes over FLOOR by O! and SHORE by O!

Excel Restaurants Ltd., a subsidiary of Browns Investments PLC (BI), was granted franchise rights of FLOOR by O! and SHORE by O!, two leading pub and restaurant brands owned by Pubs ‘N Places Ltd., a sister company of Lion Brewery Ceylon PLC. 

The strategic move of Excel Restaurants Ltd. grants a substantial opportunity for to increase its presence in the entertainment sector. 

As a result of the new alliance, Excel Restaurants Ltd. together with Browns Hotels and Resorts – a part of the BI arm, will manage the operations of the FLOOR by O! and SHORE by O! which were re-opened on 27 April and 5 May respectively, increasing their presence in the entertainment industry. 

Conveniently located in Maitland Crescent and Mount Lavinia, FLOOR by O! and SHORE by O! are popular for their splendid selection of beverages, top quality food, finest bands and DJs and the vibrant atmospheres. The two venues have been trendsetters in the pub prospect in Colombo and have retained a large following of regular customers.
