Begin your seafood feast with an array of starters including Prawns with Avocado Salad, Fried Crab Claws with Hot Garlic Sauce and Vegetable Spring Rolls, to whet your appetite. Loon Tao offers its diners both thick and clear soups. The signature Singapore Style Chili Crab is a delicious dish prepared with the famed Sri Lankan lagoon crab.
