In a breakthrough deal that will allow Sri Lankan singing talent to make it big internationally, M Entertainments, Sri Lanka’s largest record label, signed an exclusive partnership with global giants Virgin Music Group and Universal Music.

The partnership agreement was signed at VMG in Mumbai on 30 May by Virgin Music Group Country Manager India Amit Sharma, and M Entertainments Sri Lanka CEO Fredrick Dissanayake.
Capital Maharaja Group Group Director Chevaan Daniel and Lavanya Dass of Virgin Music Group were also present at the signing.
