The Level 4 Pub and Restaurant has been relaunched under a new management recently and they intend to offer several unique features to the Sri Lankan market.
The Level 4 Pub and Restaurant consist of two floors of which one is the rooftop dining option with the view of the iconic World Trade Centre. The rooftop comprises a private roof-top deck and the other a private balcony with a bar and roof-top dining and entertainment. The pub has an action kitchen and a one-of-a-kind layout that is ideal for hosting private functions and parties.
DJ Shawn, the pub’s very own music controller, will keep the guests entertained on weekends. The bottle deals and special cocktail deals, as well as the newest beer cocktail tower, will undoubtedly liven up the guests evening. Level 4 has introduced 12 one-of-a-kind cocktails with a regional twist. Keeping the Sri Lankan identity and using products such as nai miris, siyambala, and veralu to create an exceptional cocktail using local spirits will undoubtedly elevate creativity to new heights. A signature beer cocktail is now available.
Level 4 is unquestionably one of the top pubs in Sri Lanka that can provide its customers with a picture-perfect moment surrounded by a breath-taking view, a highly elevated dining experience, and a one-of-a-kind liquor and beer menu.
Level 4 intends to launch a special membership program aimed at the cooperative and mercantile sectors. The premises will host everything from private meetings to company-themed events. “We call ourselves the iconic pub because it is situated in front of WTC and has a beautiful view. It gives the customers the ambiance that they are safe,” said Partner Dyllon Ekanayake.
“Our team is highly skilled and has already been working with many intentional clienteles and hotels. What we are planning to do from Level 4 is introduce a specific set of locally made cocktails by using local juices from olives, tamarind, wood apple, blue flower (katarolu), shoe flower (wada mal) and hibiscus. It is going to be something very unique, something very affordable for people who want to try exceptional new cocktails.
“Plus, we have a different menu for lunch and dinner and lunch is called nelumbo which is basically presented in a lotus leaf with a real village flavour and for dinner we do have a set of international Chinese and Western menu as well but we are mainly focusing on two dishes that is exceptionally doing really well here, that is; Sri Lankan Kottu and Chinese fried rice. Apart from that we are planning to introduce lots of events in the future like theme nights and one event will be taking place on Friday called Pink is the New Black where a female DJ will be performing also.”
He said they expect a lot of corporate and mercantile guests, who could have a private function like a farewell or birthday party or even a meeting, to be engaged with them because they are equipped with a projector.
The Level 4 Pub and Restaurant is managed by three partners Dyllon Ekanayake, Helisha Sanjaya and Pradeep Perera (MFJ).
