The Ambassador of Peru Javier Paulinich and Honorary Consul of Peru Romani de Silva recently hosted “Pisco Time – Colombo”, a delightful evening of Pisco cocktails and Peruvian delicacies curated by Chef Julio Castillo at the ‘Islander’ Seafood Heights, Level 37 of ITC Ratnadipa, Colombo. A host of diplomats, business leaders and professionals attended the event.
