SOZO offers the country’s first truly 100% natural and innovative line of fruit juices, iced teas and syrups. Their best sellers include Passionfruit and Narang, Pani Dodang and Sea Salt and Ginger Lime Tonic.

With a footprint of over 300 select points of sale in Sri Lanka including nearly all five-star hotel chains, all supermarket chains, select movie theatres, adventure parks and standalone venues, SOZO has grown steadily over the past five years to secure the top spot of being Sri Lanka’s most premium beverage brand.

“The pandemic was a turning point for the brand as we were forced to embrace e-commerce, which was not possible earlier due to a lack of operational capabilities in the country to safely handle glass bottles.

“We are thrilled to have found the perfect partnership in EFL 3PL who developed a tailor-made solution considering all factors including prevention of glass-breakage, operating under COVID-19 safety guidelines and even offering cashless payment options at the point of delivery,” said SOZO Beverages Ltd. Chairman and Managing Director Dushyantha De Silva.

Having launched the SOZO e-commerce platform (www.sozoiced.com) in May 2020, the site offers the best value deals for SOZO products including merchandise and accessories not sold elsewhere.

“In current market conditions, a key KPI is the demand during a lockdown and the change in demand after a lockdown is lifted. We are happy to report that SOZO’s e-commerce platform has performed extremely even after lockdowns were lifted, which is an excellent indicator of the continued success of the platform to come,” quipped De Silva.

SOZO’s partnership with EFL has been a key reason for this growth as the innovative solutions, technology and digitisation tools that were deployed by EFL have been truly game-changing, resulting in uncompromised deliveries within 24 hours.

“We are extremely excited with the fact that SOZO decided to partner with Quickee.lk and EFL 3PL. Right from the start we felt that the team at SOZO has the right attitude and vibe to make a lasting impact within the market and we would like to work alongside them in order to play our part in making this brand a resounding success,” said EFL 3PL and Quickee.lk Chief Growth Officer Leroy James Ebert.

SOZO Beverages began its journey in 2016 by two likeminded and passionate entrepreneurs Gianee and Dushyantha De Silva, who wanted to create a truly Sri Lankan product which not only tastes great but is 100% natural with zero preservatives. Taking one step at a time, SOZO is now available at all leading supermarkets in Sri Lanka, in the Maldives, Switzerland, Hong Kong, and is on its way to many new markets across the World.
