Seasonal treats at the Bakery at The Edge

This holiday season, Waters Edge Hotel in Battaramulla will be organising a plethora of holiday festivities. One of the main attractions will be found at the Bakery at The Edge. 

Over the years, Waters Edge has grown immensely and worked its way to the top as one of the renowned hotels in the country. Waters Edge is always at the forefront of culinary innovation and the drive-thru bakery, the Bakery at The Edge, is a first in the country. 

This holiday season, the Bakery at The Edge will be offering a wide variety of Christmas delights, both sweet and savoury. The treats and roasts prepared by Executive Chef Buddhika Samarasekara and Executive Pastry Chef Nalin Hewage will be made available from 10.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. from today onwards. 

The range of scrumptious baked goodies will comprise Christmas cakes, puddings, cookies, cupcakes traditional stollen, breudher and Chocolate Santas. The savoury delicacies will consist of several succulent seasonal roasts comprising roasted turkey with seasonal vegetables, roasted lamb, smoked ham with red wine jus and much more. These delicious items will be the perfect addition to the seasonal festivities. The mouth-watering baked goodies and delicious roasts will have customers wishing that the season lasts all year round.
