Karan Talpade previously served as Executive Sous Chef at The Luxury Collection, UAE and Chef De Cuisine at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai. His Middle East journey began in Doha as Chef De Cuisine and Sous Chef at Marriott Marquis. Talpade honed his skills with The Oberoi Group in India as a Senior Kitchen Executive in Mumbai, and earlier roles. With global exposure and expertise, Karan aims to elevate the local culinary scene.
