Home-grown brand – and now the world’s largest Luxury Ayurveda chain – Spa Ceylon, marked its presence at a highly-anticipated shopping event held at the Taj Samudra last weekend, with a truly unique Beauty and Wellness Marketplace. Visitors to the exquisitely curated pop-up store were able to embark and engage in a fun, immersive, multi-sensory journey of discovery.
Inspired by the layout of Ceylonese markets of the past, Spa Ceylon was able to capture the vibrancy of the marketplace with a stunningly designed and tastefully executed concept store. Beauty and wellness came together as visitors appeared to step back in time as they strolled leisurely from cart to cart, sampling and selecting their favourites.
Bursting with colour, brightly hued fruits and blooms were attractively arranged amongst a host of Spa Ceylon’s most popular bath and body, aroma, and skin care products. An ambience was created not just for visual pleasure; heady fragrances scented the air and soothing musical compositions set the mood with a collection of melodies produced exclusively for Spa Ceylon, inspired by the natural serenity and tranquil calm of the paradise island.
To add even greater value to this experience of indulgence and wellness, customers were offered the option of making their own bespoke Beauty and Wellness kit. The customisable pack could include any of nine coveted Spa Ceylon products available for an exclusive marketplace price with huge savings.
Unsurprisingly, the concept marketplace proved to be very popular among discerning visitors to the festival. Buoyed by this positive feedback, Spa Ceylon hopes now to take this concept further, certain that it will be well-received also at other high-calibre events across Sri Lanka, as well as at events overseas.
“The one-of-a-kind experience we unveiled at the fair is something we at Spa Ceylon are extremely proud to have created, and we are absolutely thrilled with the feedback we have received,” said Spa Ceylon Brand Activation Manager Shanalie Maduwage. “We plan to engage with more customers by taking our unique concept marketplace across the country and the world and have plans for an online version as well.”
Stay tuned for the next Beauty and Wellness Marketplace to enjoy this unique experience and get great deals on your favourite Spa Ceylon products.
