Thilanka Hotel – Kandy shines at Chef Guild Competitions

Thilanka Hotel – Kandy won the highest number of medals, 2 Gold Medals and 11 Bronze Medals at the Chef Guild Competitions which was held at the BMICH 

recently.

Under the guidance of General Manager Timothy Paldano and thanks to the exceptional skills and leadership of the hotel’s Executive Chef Dhanesh Fernando and Food and Beverage Manager Chaminda Fernando, the competitors from Thilanka Hotel were able to showcase their innovative talents and culinary expertise on the grand stage.
