A night of Thai with cultural performers at the Spices

Thai food has always been a favourite cuisine amongst locals as well as foreigners who visit Sri Lanka. The rich aroma and delicate spices all blended in perfect harmony giving sheer pleasure to any food connoisseur who loves good food. Hilton Colombo’s Spices restaurant together with the Royal Thai Embassy of Sri Lanka will host a Thai food festival from 06 to 15 June during dinner. Two guest Chefs flown in from Condrad Bangkok, Nipa Rungpae and Valika Namsonthi together with the skillful fruit carver, Natta Pon are geared to present an authentic Thai experience. The food will do the talking during this promotion, from the famous Tom Yam Goon to Pad Thai, Kuay Tiew (noodle soup), chicken and cashew nuts, Mussaman curry with lamb, spicy minced squid salad and much more will be available to taste during the promotion. To add more glamour to the promotion, the Thai cultural dance troupe will perform nightly whilst creating a ‘Little Thailand’ at Spices, with various kinds of musical instruments and dance acts!
