St. Benedict’s College will be having its Annual Carols Service titled ‘A Green Christmas’ on Tuesday 20 December at St. Lucia’s Cathedral Kotahena.
The service is expected to kick off at 7 p.m. with an entrance procession of over 150 voices. The highly-acclaimed Choir of St. Benedict’s College will continue rendering rare arrangements of traditional Christmas Carols.
The many times All Island Champion Primary Choir will be presenting Christmas carols in their own unique style and is expected to be the highlight as seen in the previous Benedictine Christmas programmes.
Choro Benedicte, Jubilee Choir and Voice.Print will decorate this ‘Green Christmas’ with contemporary Christmas Carols in their own and unique styles.
The service in the cathedral will conclude with a grand finale performance by all three Choirs comprising of 150 voices combining.
Thereafter, the College Western Band will keep the Spirit of Christmas alive with their instrumentals.
This certainly is not your usual Christmas Programme, and would be an extraordinary kick off to your Christmas Season this time.
