The best thing about April is Avurudu and the best thing about season has to be all the traditional kevili that we shamelessly enjoy tucking into right throughout. It’s that time of year when people tend to forget about healthy eating and tend to overindulge a bit.

However, a little known fact that people tend to forget is that these very same sweetmeats originated from recipes that do not promote excessive use of oil and such ingredients considered harmful.
