As part of its weekly offering of top entertainment to viewers, Hiru TV will air three blockbuster moves from today onwards.
On Friday, 15 February at 10 p.m. the Sinhala movie ‘Adara Hasuna’ will be shown. This film directed by H.D. Premaratne features Wasanthi Chathurani, Joe Abeywickrama and Raveendra Randeniya.
On Saturday, at 12.00 noon, the famous Hindi musical romantic comedy ‘Om Shanthi Om’ will be shown. It is directed and choreographed by Farah Khan and stars Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone in the lead roles while Arjun Rampal, Shreyas Talpade, and Kirron Kher feature in supporting roles. More than 42 well-known Bollywood stars appear in the course of the film, including 30 of them (not including the stars of the film) in one song alone.
The story is about in the 1970s, Om, an aspiring actor, is murdered, but is immediately reincarnated into the present day. He attempts to discover the mystery of his demise and find Shanti, the love of his previous life.
On Sunday, at 12 noon, the popular Sinhala movie ‘Palama Yata’ will be telecast. Also directed by H.D. Premaratne, the Palama Yata cast include Geetha Kumarasinghe, Sanath Gunathilake, Joe Abeywickrama and Cyril Wickramage. The music director of the movie was Premasiri Kemadasa.
