Celebrating Earth Hour at Harpo’s Cafes & Restaurants on 29 March

In celebration of Earth Hour The Bayleaf, Commons Coffee House, Park Street Mews, Curve Tapas Bar, Harpo’s Pizza and Colombo Fort café will all join the program to make a difference in the global celebration of our commitment to protect the one thing that unites us all – the planet.
All lights will be switched off at each restaurant from 8:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. The Commons will offer a candlelit dinner with Sri Lankan specials between 8:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. which will include one egg and three plain hoppers, chicken, beef ,fish or veggie curry, seeni sambol or katta sambol and a chocolate chip bread pudding with chocolate sauce for only Rs. 550 ++.
Park Street Mews Restaurant and Curve Bar will join in as well with lights switched off at the same time. Mews invites guests to light up the lamps on the street. Harpo’s Pizza will say thank you for joining Earth Hour with a special offer from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. with a 50% discount on every second pizza when you buy the first, on delivery orders only. Call 486 9000 to enjoy this special offer. Colombo Fort Café at the Dutch Hospital Complex will offer a candlelit dining experience at this heritage site. The Bayleaf will observe with candle lit dining and the offer for guests to light up the candles at 8:30 p.m.
