The Blue Water team and Executive Chef Nihal Nandasiri warmly welcomed the Singaporean spice queen chef Devagi Sanmugam on Saturday, 6 October 2012.
Later, Devagi visited the day’s improvised vegetable and fish market to select her favourites for lunch and had a fun-filled afternoon while preparing a typical Sri Lankan menu. The Blue Water was a part of her journey in discovering the true beauty, culture and the warmth of Sri Lanka – Wonder of Asia
