The new Cloud Café menu was designed by Dr. Jayanthan who left Sri Lanka for Switzerland in 1988 when he  joined the world renowned IMI University Centre – a leading hotel management school in Switzerland.

Here, Dr. Jayanthan excelled at cookery and hotel management, leaving with the rare accomplishment of a culinary doctorate to his name. Subsequently working in Switzerland, Italy and the United Kingdom, Dr. Jayathan has had the invaluable experience of running his very own restaurant.

Whilst his range of expertise spreads across global cuisine, he truly excels in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine and Colombo Courtyard has clearly worked with his strengths in creating an exceptional menu for Cloud Cafe.
