You’ll know you’ve treated the ones you love and yourself to the best when you nibble into florets of smoked salmon served with caviar cream. Great things can’t be rushed – be sure to relish every bite of the delicious roasted breast of cheese stuffed chicken and prime cutlet of lamb served with croquet potatoes. Alhambra serves a buffet with the finest of dishes from North India – after all, this is the land where love created the world’s most beautiful building, the Taj Mahal! Chef Ziyad’s added a love potion in each of his special creations from the Aashiqui biryani of succulent prawn, the tender Banjara kebab of chicken and his signature Kurchan paneer.
