Dharshana Subasinghe, the General Manager of a private sector company, was the lucky winner of the third draw of the Arpico Christmas Millionaire 2013.

In fact it was his wife’s name that was picked as one of the lucky winners for the third Arpico millionaire draw 2013 but she was unable to attend. “We are both lucky,” said Subasinghe, when asked whether it was his luck or his wife’s luck which won him a million rupees.
