Kess Salon in association with DIBI Milano, the No. 1 Italian skin care brand, recently opened the first international skin clinic in Sri Lanka at 10 Rosmead Place Colombo 07. The skin care centre is targeted to cater to the growing demand among local women and men to improve their physical appearance and overall wellbeing.

DIBI Milano is a member of Alfaparf Group Italy which was ranked 93rd last month among the top beauty brands in the world by WWD Beauty Inc United States. Currently DIBI Milano holds skin clinics around the world in countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China and Russia. Sri Lanka is its only South Asian skin care centre.

The skin clinic, which was declared open by Rosy Senanayake and Ramani Fernando, two popular beauty icons in Sri Lanka, offers a wide range of advanced skin care treatments coupled with professional and hi-tech skin care services. Its treatments include face lifting, anti-aging, wrinkle and fine lines, stretch mark reduction, acne and sebum balancing, pigmentation and age spot, eye contour treatments, skin hydration, skin purification and whitening and radiance treatment. The clinic also offers advanced technology such as oxy infusion treatment, instant skin lifting with HIFU and crystal and diamond microdermabrasion.

The treatments Oxy Megastation and HIFU were demonstrated to invitees at the opening ceremony. The Oxy Megastation is an Italian masterpiece that offers a new and revolutionary aromatherapy where the air is enriched with oxygen and essences for total wellbeing. HIFU is another unique and highly advanced technology that takes anti-aging and face lifting to another level.

Speaking to the Daily FT DIBI Milano Centre Sri Lanka Chairman and Managing Director Shyam Singh asserted how each line at the centre is designed for single treatments and complete personalised programs to meet every type of aesthetic flaw.

“The price range of our products and treatments is quite reasonable and value for money is guaranteed. The person who tries the brand will fall in love with it instantly as results can be witnessed form the first treatment itself,” he elaborated.

Singh further expressed how he is only targeting local customers at the moment and not tourists since the demand for facials and skin treatments is quite high among the locals. However, he hopes to open two new clinics, one at the end of this year and the other targeting Shangri La Hotel coming up in Colombo.

The opening also marked the launch of the DIBI Milano-SKIN Loyalty Card that allows its holders to obtain special discounts on services and receive redeemable reward points on services and products. The loyalty program is partnered with some reputed brand outlets like Ill Gelato, L’atelier touché, Café François, Svelte and Flow Health Bar, which entitles customers to certain discounts and benefits, from these outlets.
