HSBC Cardholders enjoy 25% savings on food and beverage

Hilton Colombo Residences will host a Middle Eastern food promotion under the theme ‘Flavours of the Middle East’ at its poolside restaurant, Verandah Bistro from 30 July until 30 August. This buffet promotion for dinner will be held during Wednesday to Saturday from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. and will offer diners an array of authentic dishes from the Middle East during this period. An A La Carte menu will be offered from Sunday until Tuesday.

Striving towards achieving quality and innovative dining experiences, the hotel is working with its sister hotel in Egypt, Hilton Cairo as they brought down Guest Chef Sabry who will work closely with Executive Chef Priyal Wijesuriya and his team. To complement the promotion, Shisha Master Sabry, also from Hilton Cairo, will be offering flavourful shisha by the poolside. HSBC cardholders will enjoy 25% savings on total food bill and beverage bill at the Verandah Bistro. The Verandah Bistro and poolside of Hilton Colombo Residences has been revamped with new interior, and boasts of both indoor and alfresco dining options. “Middle Eastern cuisine is well-loved by Sri Lankans; we believe that by having the Guest Chef Sabry from Hilton Cairo, Egypt we would be able to increase authenticity in our offer,” said Executive Chef Priyal Wijesuriya. The hotel opened its latest addition to the chain of developments within the hotel in June – a contemporary bar and lounge area; also in its pipeline is a multi-cuisine all-day diner. The hotel, having completed the launch of new single rooms on its 28th floor, will focus on further strengthening it dining outlets, introducing celebrated cuisines from around the world. The buffet will be priced at Rs. 3,100 nett per person; children between the ages of six and 12 will dine for half the rate and children below six years dine for free.
