Harcourts ties up with Delia Cosmetics – Poland Europe

Harcourts Life Styles Division entered into an Agency Agreement with Delia Cosmetic – Poland in Eastern Europe. Delia is one of the largest manufacturers of cosmetics, hair colours, colour cosmetics and skin care products. Delia products will be in Sri Lanka through Harcourts from January 2015.
