Celebrating the start of the holiday season, HSBC unveiled, “Christmas at the Arcade” with the big Christmas tree lighting and a seasonal zone, at the Arcade Independence square on 4 December.

The holiday ambiance created by the near 40 foot brilliantly-lit Christmas tree standing guard over at the entrance to the Arcade shopping precinct was simply spectacular. The wet conditions did not seem to dampen the mood of visitors who joined in numbers to witness the unveiling, that featured many attractions such as a 3D video mapping wall of whimsical Christmas imagery displayed for the first time at the Arcade, Santa’s workshop for kids with an interactive kids’ zone, scrumptious treats for the entire family at the special chocolate house from Skrumptious, holiday shopping with up to 30% discounts at all Softlogic branded stores at the Arcade and the chance to win the latest iPhone 6s at the LiteFM studio located within the premises.

Amidst the festive lighting throughout the area, a dazzling fireworks display lit up the sky to favorite Christmas tunes and carols, performed by the famous acapella group Voice Print, setting the stage for an unforgettable holiday season. The festivities will continue each weekend until 20 December, where all are welcome to experience an unforgettable season with HSBC.
