A unique Italian Valentine’s menu along with the perfect ambiance of dining in the garden, the open veranda, the balcony or the private rooms, The Bayleaf offers you the perfect venue for this special celebration. To start with the Menu Di San Valentino offers Suppa Di Italiano (Italian Sweet root soup) a tasty puree of sweet potato, carrot, yam with fresh herbs and cream. The salad offers Insalata con Aragosta E Gamberoni with roasted bell pepper stuffed with Lobster meat, grilled tomato filled with fresh salmon mousse and king prawns, wrapped with Parma Ham.  Famous for its fresh Pasta Chef Saroj presents his specialty this year with Pasta di San Valentino – Heart shaped Beetroot Ravioli stuffed with seafood and served with cream cheese sauce and Heart shaped egg Ravioli stuffed with pumpkin.  Salmonata con Salsiccia gambero, Tortelli di Zucca, Nero di Seppia Maionese (Pan seared cured Salmon trout with prawn roll), Costeleta di Maiale con Masala (Pork belly oven roasted with masala wine) or Manzo ed Agnello (Pan fried Beef tenderloin wrapped with Parma Ham, herb crusted grilled Lamb rack), are the other  exquisite options. The desserts are the crowning glory to many a meal and not compromising, the menu offers Dolci de San Valentino with Cuore di Frutta Mousse, a delicious strawberry mousse with raisins, set on a biscuit base and garnished with strawberry sauce or Cocolate a Cheesecake, three delicious layers of chocolate combined with a cheese cake layer, for a smooth and creamy dessert.
