Italian set menu by Maestro Chef Massimo Zampar during lunch at Il Ponte

Italian Chef Massimo Zampar is the latest addition to the Hilton Colombo’s kitchen brigade. The hotel’s authentic Italian restaurant boasts of a spectacular menu with more than 60 Italian dishes using the best ingredients. 

Now diners who want to have a quick lunch can head over to the restaurant and enjoy a special three-course set menu which is available from Monday to Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., crunchy lettuce, hardboiled egg, shaved parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing and croutons or pumpkin soup with fresh spring onion, extra virgin olive oil and for the main course spaghetti with napoletana sauce, tomato, basil and mozzarella or two choices of pizza margherita or bell pepper and chicken or sea bass fillet, sautéed vegetables, mash potato and lemon capers sauce followed by Italian tiramisu with coffee mascarpone lady finger.
