From Pollo Affumicato con Frutta – smoked chicken wrapped with ham and asparagus, with chilled seasonal fruit, served with roasted capsicum dressing; fettuccini co aragosta – home made fresh pasta with lobster meat, cherry tomato, black olive, white wine served with a bed of rocket; involtini di salmone con dentice – fillet of red snapper and salmon rolled with king prawns, served with a light tomato sauce and pesto, reduction of balsamic and asparagus; costolette di agnello al forno – oven roasted lamb leg stuffed with garlic, rosemary served with red wine sauce are offered along with a choice of Italian desserts.
